A: In Victoria, we work hard to satisfy you. The exchange/refund process may take 10 business days.

A: The amount will be refunded after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is verified, and then the amount is transferred to your account immediately.
Q: In the replacement process, what are the steps taken regarding it?

A: If you wish to replace the damaged product, and choose the alternative product, we ask you to transfer the amount of the difference between the damaged product and the replacement product.
